If you are working from home these days and need dedicated office space, you find this is the perfect spot tucked away to get productive. The current owners are using this room as their workout space, which is a great option, too. Additionally, the downstairs powder bath is located outside of the master suite, across from the main living area with easy access from the kitchen and study.

Enjoy the gated neighborhood bridge to the trail entrance for Rowlett Creek Trail [2.5 miles] that connects to Breckinridge Park and trails [over 7 miles of multi-use trails]. This bridge with benches is a site in itself with beautiful views of trees, trees, and more trees. It’s a great place to relax or meet up with neighbors for a morning coffee or an evening nightcap over Beck Branch creek.
